Frozen food items:
We store our frozen food according to the Canada government safe food storage guideline LINK
All of our freezers and refrigerators are equipped with automatic temperature and humidity monitoring system (24/7)
Inventory checks are done for new product and periodically (weekly) to ensure frozen goods are safe according to manufacturers’ guideline for quality control purpose.
Items with quality issue must be reported to us within 1 week.
Non-frozen food items:
Including fruits, vegetables, seafood, etc.
If food items are not sold on the same day, they are stored in refrigerators equipped with monitoring system.
For products that are not sold within the suggested shelfing time, they will be disposed.
All new inventory are inspected as they arrive at facility and daily for quality control purpose.
Items with quality issue must be reported to us within 24 hours.
Reporting quality issue:
Please contact us as soon as possible.
A picture of proof of quality issue is very helpful for our investigation in most cases.
Item with quality issue must be returned for our investigation.
